Category B Admissions for Engineering and Pharmacy courses

Here is the eligibility requirements for intake through this admission mechanism:

Eligibility criteria for admission (cat B seats):
50% marks in aggregate/group subjects in the qualifying examination or CGPA equivalent to 5 on scale of 10 for NRI candidates

AIEEE rank and 45% marks in group subjects in the qualifying examination for other State candidates

Vacant seats or unfilled seats in the above categories shall be filled with candidates in the following order

• EAMCET rank with 45% marks in group subjects in qualifying examination
• 50% marks in aggregate/group subjects in the qualifying examination.

Note: Foreign Nationals are not eligible for admission.
