Notification to send Qualifying Marks

This time the criteria for ranking in EAMCET has been modified as follows:
As per G.o Ms.No.165 dated 06-09-2007and G.O.Ms.No.8( Amendment to G.O.Ms.No.16) of Higher Education Dept., dated27-01-2009, the candidates who have secured qualifying marks in EAMCET and candidates belonging to the category of S.C and S.T, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by adding 75% of the marks secured in EAMCET 2009 and 25% of the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry including practical marks of the qualifying examination.

In this context we need qualifying examination marks of all those candidates who are qualified in EAMCET 2009.Of course the marks of A.P Intermediate candidates will be supplied by A.P Board of Intermediate.The candidates whose qualifying examination is CBSE / ICSE / DIPLOMA / NOS / Other State exam are here by informed to submit attested copies of Mark memos of their Qualifying Exam (Examination based on which the PASS or FAIL of a candidate is decided) on or before 12- 06-2009 positively along with the details of candidates such as Name of the candidate, Father’s name, EAMCET Hall Ticket number etc. to the CONVENER EAMCET 2009, Cellar Portion, SIT building, JNT University, Hyderabad 500085.

Marks copies received after due date will not be entertained and in such cases candidates will not be considered for EAMCET ranking though they are qualified in EAMCET.
